Latin transcription of medieval sources

Listers,

Does anyone know a source they'd recommend for some medieval transcription work?

I ordered some later 15th c. Pakenham items from the British Archives and I think it's beyond my skills to decipher the letters correctly and then to translate it.

I detest paying someone for this, but I just don't think it'll get done any other way. I had some Pakenham things I was working on that Michael Andrews-Reading was very helpful with, though I was unable to finish it alone, and that kinda put me in my place.

I found some I.P.M. data which confirmed the lineage as I expected, so the urgency is lessened, but I do have these and they need to be translated.

I am always happy to look at these in case I can help. I am in Italy
from tomorrow for a week, so might not be able to answer quickly
though.

Kind regards, Miohael

Hi Kelly:

If you send me your email address, I'll send you some copies of images
of medieval letters and their modern day equivalents.

Paul.
