Revell and Comberford

According to the Revell pedigree in Familiae Minorum Gentium, the
elder John Revell of Ogston married Mary, "daughter of Comberford of
Comberford". Her children were born in the 1550s and '60s, so
presumably she was born about 1550.

Is the identity of her father known?

Recte: This manifest absurdity was the creation of poor typing; mea
culpa.

The birthdate of her son John Revell the younger is not clear. He was
married by 1581, when he laid claim to property formerly belonging to
his father-in-law. His son George - Mary's grandson - is said by Fam.
Min. Gent. to have been aged 8 in 1569 (ie born circa 1561) but this
seems to be about 20 years too early, given that he died in 1633 and
his elder brothers lived until 1647 and 1657 respectively; a nephew
William was born about 1625, according to the Visitation of
Derbyshire, 1662.

It would seem to me that she was likely born in 1520s or thereabouts.

Any help appreciated!
