Chinese ancestors?

Legg inn av Leo van de Pas » 19 aug 2007 03:04:59

I have always been interested in people who connect different civilisations, Mexico to Spain or China to Europe.

I have been aware of a China-Europe possibility for a long time but as there are (at least) two weak links I have not said anything before.
However today I was approached with a question in regards to this, and so obviously there are others who are interested.

As always, corrections and additions are much appreciated.

Sharwin I Emir of Tabaristan
/
Karim (?)

'Shahriyar I, Emir of Tabaristan
/
Abul Melik
/
Surkhab
/
Abul Hamza

Abul Hamza apparently _could be_ the father of Michke who married Khack'ik Gagik II Ardzouni, King of Vaspurakan, and a few generations after these is another questionable link. Still, I have made a file with quite a number of generations descending from Michke, if anyone is interested I will send it.

Michke is (with one questionable link) an ancestor of Elizabeth II of Great Britain, Beatrix of The Netherlands, Margrethe II of Denmark,. Constantine II of Greece, Harald V of Norway, Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, Albert II of MOnaco, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, Lady Diana Spencer, Sarah Ferguson, Camilla Duchess of Cornwall, Aga Khan IV, Hugh Grant, Rachel Ward and, of course, many others.

With best wishes.

That possible Chinese connection sounds intriguing and I'd like to see
it please Leo.

Best wishes
