Patent Rolls 1463 has the following record:

King committed to Richarde Felde by mainprise of
Thomas Grene of London "dyer" and Walter Hewet of
Gloucester "dyder" the custody and farm of a tenement
within the palace of Westminster, the custody of the
ledges between the Round Tower and The Little Conduit,
the custody of a house below the receipt of the
Exchequer within the Palace 46 feet broad, WITH a
little house called "Le Pycherhouse" 10 feet long 7
feet broad, which John Randolf Esq lately held etc
