Thomas Andrew, knt., deceased, purchased of Thomas Pell, deceased; (c)
manor of BYFEILD, co. Northants, which the said Thomas, deceased,
purchased of Oliver Lord St. John Bletshoe, and 8 messuages, 8 tofts,
1 dovecote, 8 gardens, 40 acres of land, 60 acres of meadow, 200 acres
of pasture, 4 acres of wood, 200 acres of furze and heath, £3 rent in
BYFEILDE and WESTROPE, co. Northants; (d) another manor in BYFEILD
purchased by the said Thomas, deceased, from Thomas Fitzherbert, knt.,
and 6 messuages, 3 tofts, 6 gardens, 100 acres of land, 30 acres of
meadow, 60 acres of pasture, 2 acres of wood and 60s. rent in BYFEILD
appertaining to the said manor; (e) rectory of the church of PRESTON
alias PRESTON MAGNA alias PRESTON CAPES, co. Northants, the advowson
of the vicarage and all rights and tithes, etc.; (f) all other manors,
messuages, lands, meadows, pastures, woods, rents, etc., with
