Seeking information on Leonor de Lara and Juan de Quadros

Would anyone have information on modern investigations pertaining to
the ancestries of Juan [Arias?] de Quadros and Leonor de Lara ("dona/
senora de Turollote"), parents of one Elvira Arias, who married
Gonzalo Rodriguez de Cornado [sic] (d.1341), lineal ancestor of the
explorer Francisco Vasquez de Coronado? I have not found mention of
these individuals in the few publications I have consulted; the
several personal ancestral files I have come across which do discuss
them repeat the same sparse information (derived from Salazar y
Castro?), namely, that the origins of Juan de Quadros are unknown, as
is the parentage of Leonor de Lara, although by her chronology and
land holdings there leaves little doubt that she was the granddaughter
of Nuno Gonzalez "el Bueno" de Lara (d.1275). Is this last assertion
true? And might Juan [Arias?] de Quadros be affilliated with the
several Ariases and de Quadroses who were alcalde mayors in Seville
during the late medieval era?

If you haven't already examined it, Rafael Sánchez Saus' 1991 work
'Linajes Sevillanos Medievales' may be useful. He devotes most of page
I:251 to analysing the contradictory information regarding this
couple, but does not resolve the matter, concluding that either there
were two contemporary Juan Arias de Quadros' or that the same man
married twice, though Sánchez felt that in that case it is
inexplicable how the daughters of the first marriage should have been
entirely passed over with regard to their father's estate, all of
which passed to issue of the (second?) marriage.

If it would be of interest to you, I'll be happy to e-mail a copy of
the relevant page.

This is the second time I've tried to post this, so my apologies for
any duplication.

children of the first marriage were entirely passed over in the
distribution of their father's estate, which seems to have gone solely
to issue of the (second?) later marriage.

If it would be useful I'll be happy to e-mail the page to you.

Thank you for the most useful information. I had begun to wonder
about the historicity of the individuals.
