Pantulf chronology

In Domesday Descendants, p 1059, Keats-Rohan states that Ivo Pantulf
died in 1175, having married twice. By his first marriage he left
Hugh, his eldest son and heir (d 1224), Hamelin and Brice, and by his
second, William and Norman.

She adds that this William married Burga de Stuteville, with whom he
founded the Cistercian nunnery of Langley, Leics, "c 1150".

Given that his eldest brother Hugh lived until 1224 [admittedly, at an
apparently advanced age: his father-in-law was Sheriff of Shropshire
as early as 1138], should William's foundation of a nunnery in "c
1150" not be considered rather too early, or has William the founder
been misplaced in this genealogy? If the statements made by Keats-
Rohan are correct, Hugh must have been well over 90 at his death.

(NB The website of Langley Priory dates it foundation to 1154)
