Some additional ancestry for Snoop Dogg, also known as Cordo
The W.A.R.G.S. website is showing Snoop's father as "Verhell Varnado,"
which suggests--possibly wrongly--that Snoop is illegitimate, despite
the implication of a "m.[arriage]" between Verhell and Snoop's
marriage.
http://www.wargs.com/other/broadus.html
This also leaves some unanswered questions as to why Snoop's last name
would be Broadus.
However, one website I've found mentions "[s]ein Vater Vernell Varnado
Broadus," which makes a bit more sense (I also find "Vernell" a more
believable name than "Verhell"). I remembered seeing a news article
about Snoop's visit to his grandmother in S.C. The following shows
that she is Miss Corine Broadus of Union, SC.

Congratulations; you have now traced this individual (born 1971) all

Given his recent visit to her, I suspect she was not born in the
Middle Ages. Apart from the impressive display of research skills, is
there any valid reason to be posting this to a mediaeval genealogy
discussion forum?

Not really, it was just interesting to me. And I know that Robert
Battle, who sometimes takes an interest in these things, reads the
newsgroup from time to time.
Any other pointed questions you want me to clear up?
Remember that, unlike your job in vice and fraud (assuming you still
have this and haven't become a travel agent, flitting about hither and
yon), you have no real power over what people post. Someone could
come on here and post hundreds of items about the proper refinishing
of old furniture, and there would be absolutely nothing actionable in
any of it.

Ha ha, good one!
Not as good as Todd's, though.
