This one is possibly that Joan (Heckington), widow of William Welby who married secondly Richard Cecil, was the mother of William Cecil, Lord Burghley and did not die until 10 Mar 1587/8.

I havent found the Safull will in Essex or the PCC.
Maybe he used an obscure spelling.

Of course, some people left wills that were not proven,
such as this Nicholas Collin.

It includes a very important, ground breaking article on the
English ancestry of Sarah (Hawkredd)(Story), wife of Rev.
John Cotton of Boston, Mass.

Maybe it's a low-falutin' version of something like "Saville"?
