A tip for those who haven't figured it out: if the link only takes
you to the book (i.e., the front cover, not the specific page), check
the URL. In the above line your eyes would run across "PA286"; this
indicates that p. 286 is meant. You can then plug this page number
into the searchable page box in the upper right-hand corner. In a few
cases, you will find more than one "PA---" reference in a given URL;
if the first doesn't work, try the second. For instance, in one of my
January postings,

"PA476" doesn't take you to the desired page, but "PA487" does.

If this still doesn't work, you can always take the search terms
lurking at the top of the page and plug them into the "Search in this
book" box at the side.
