If his ancestor was (as he says) a nephew of Henri IV, he comes after
ALL the Bourbons descended from Henri -- which includes the royal
houses of Spain, Naples, Parma, Luxembourg and the House of Orleans,
descended in direct line from Henri IV's grandson.

The titles, having been outlawed in the French republic, only exist as
courtesies.

Henri IV did not have any Bourbon nephews - the family in Bhopal claim
to descend from his fifth cousin twice removed (agnatically speaking),
whose line was senior in descent from Robert, count of Clermont (died
1317), a younger son of St Louis.
