Reference subscriber's enquiry regarding marriage

the following information:

Lancaster offers 200M right to sue for lands of
Avilia.

Note: Hugh Morville (unclde or brother) was one of
four knights who killed Thomas Becket.

Further information regarding the Morvilles and
Lancasters:

1184/89 Helowise (wdw) William Lancaster II (m) Hugh
de Morville.

1199/1200 Hugh Morville offered 15M and 3 palfrey for
himself and (w) Hawise of free court etc of manor
Gardstang (Hawise was widow William Lancaster II)

1211/1213 Helowise held lord of Garstang in dower and
lands in Kirk Oswald and Lazonby (Cumberland)
Note: She was married to William Lancaster II
1176-1184, and married to Hugh Morville 1184-1202

I had understood that the Hugh de Morville who was a murderer of
Becket was of the Scottish family, so not from Cumberland, tho
obviously probably related. He was Lord of Westmorland and had the
farm of Knaresborough Castle to which the murderers retired (Hoveden).

Boyd? In Normandy in 1060/1? That seems unlikely.

Is it possible to specify more completely what is exactly the above
document? I assume there is some document which has been dated by
someone to between 1184 and 1189 on some grounds, but I'd like to know
the full particulars of that document.

Thanks
