Leo here
http://www.genealogics.org/getperson.ph ... 5&tree=LEO

has a Michael Biddulph bap 24 jan 1724/5 at Ledbury, Hereford
citing RD600

if you click on ancestors you can see that there are no dates for
his mother Anna Joliffe
her father Benjamin Joliffe
his mother Margaret Skinner
her mother Margaret Littleton

and now we're certainly back into the early 1600s if not sooner.

That Michael Biddulph was bap 24 Jan 1724/5 at Ledbury
For baptismal info see
http://www.familysearch.org - IGI - British Isles - Batch J008562

Polly Rubery posted to me on OEL the marriage for
Michael Biddulph to Penelope Dandridge
1757.09.14
GREAT MALVERN WOR
+ LEDBURY HEF

Robert Biddulph at Ledbury is having children from 1717 to 1733 (Batch
J008562 as above)

Robert was baptised 12 Oct 1682 at Ledbury, Herefordshire
The Ancestral File is showing Anne Joliffe born 7 Sep 1690
with her parents Benjamin Joliffe and Mary also surnamed Joliffe married
about 1688 probably an assumption.

Benjamin Joliffe is given as a son of Thomas Joliffe by Margaret Skinner and
the Ancestral File is showing Margaret died 6 Jan 1647

Again the Ancestral File is showing that Margaret Littleton, her mother was
baptised 10 Apr 1584 at Penkridge, Staffordshire and died 25 Aug 1651 Cofton
Hackett, Worcs.

Now finally we get to the point where we can find some confirmation of
something. For what it is. There is a baptism in the extracted IGI for Richard
Skinner at Ledbury, Hereford 14 Oct 1571. It seems likely this is the same
Richard who is said to have married Margaret Littleton

For baptism see
http://www.familysearch.org - IGI - British Isles - Batch P008561

If all of that is so, this should provide a little firmer framework for
seeing if this descent still works.
