Claimants to the English throne

Legg inn av Gjest » 11 jan 2007 17:03:49

I see on the BBC news today that English Heritage are looking for the
alternate claimant to the English throne.

If you want to apply for the position take a look at English Heritage's
website at http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/serv ... /nav.10807

I bet that will open up a can of worms on Gen. Med.!

The references to "Edgar Aetherling" do not inspire confidence...

That was obviously a typo, as he is correctly spelled further down the
page. Admittedly, if they are truly concerned with the accuracy of
ancestry, they should have caught the typo.

Naw, I'd rather live in Salt Lake City.

Best always, Douglas Richardson, Salt Lake City, Utah

Dear Michael,

I'm not so sure.

As a bona fide descendant of William D. Conqueror, perhaps I
should file a claim. Not sure how a complete copy of Domesday Book is
going to fit into their mailbox, however.....

Good luck to us all.

Cheers,

John

Gee John,
If you have a spare complete copy of Doomsday book lying around, dont send
to them,
I will willingly take it of your hands when I am in England next June (big
grin).

BTW shouldn't that be De Conqueror OR Le' Conquerer.

Cheers
