Patent Rolls Question

Legg inn av Andrew and Inge » 20 des 2006 20:06:25

Hello

A patent roll reference given in an 1891 "Notes and Queries", now on Google
Books, does not appear on the Iowa University webpage...

http://sdrc.lib.uiowa.edu/patentrolls/search.html

The essence of the reference was that in The Patent Roll of 32 Edward III
[1359] stated that Roger de Lancaster was dead, leaving John his son and
heir, and named William as Roger's brother.

Which reference is wrong, or am I missing something?

Best Regards
Andrew

The reference is there. It's on page 135 of volume 11 of Edward 3.
