Rather off-topic on this news-group, but (assuming you mean the British
King and his forebear the King of England):

1. James I, King of England (1603-1625), married Anne of Denmark.
Father of:
2. Elizabeth, married Frederick, Elector Palatine and King of Bohemia.
Mother of:
3. Sophia (died 1714), married Ernest Augustus, Elector of Hannover.
Mother of:
4. George I, King of Great Britain (1714-1727).

My pleasure - not a problem. James I is on-topic, so it wasn't really
inappropriate at all. If you have any specific questions about
royalty, including royal genealogy, alt.talk.royalty is often a very
helpful forum.
