Here are a couple of likely additional Plantagenet descents not listed in in the 2004 edition of "Plantagenet Ancestry":
A. Kelke (p. 414):
Christopher Kelke mar. Jane St. Paul, dau. of John St. Paul of Carleton and Mary, dau. of Richard Lee of New Sleaford. No ancestry is given beyond the parents for Jane St. Paul, but it appears that at least her paternal grandmother Ellen Thimbleby and possibly her paternal grandfather John St. Paul of Snarford are Plantagenet descendants. Ellen Thimbleby was dau. of Richard Thimbleby and Elizabeth Hilton, dau. of Sir Godfrey Hilton and Margaret Willoughby (for whom see RPA 756). John St. Paul of Snarford was son of another John St. Paul of Snarford by his wife Joan, dau. of Sir Brian Stapleton of Wighill by Joan Threlkell (for whom see RPA 683). The paternity of Joan Stapleton is from Paget's ancestry of Prince Charles, but she does not appear in the standard pedigrees of Stapleton of Wighill, so this one may be questionable. But the Thimbleby connection looks good.
B. Asfordby (p. 44):
Mary Skipwith is shown as wife of John Newcomen of Saltfleetby, for whom no ancestry beyond parents is given. But from Maddison's Lincolnshire Pedigrees and from Paget, the Newcomen ancestry can be extended and linked to a Plantagenet line as follows:
John Newcomen (above)
John Newcomen of Saltfleetby; m. Alice Gascoigne of Lasingcroft
Martin Newcomen of Saltfleetby; m. Mary Sandford
Bryan Sandford of Thorpe Salvin; m. Elizabeth Greene of Greene's Norton
This last couple are listed in RPA 356 under Elizabeth's parents Sir Thomas Greene of Greene's Norton and his 2nd wife Marina Bellers.

Re: RPA additions - Kelke and Asfordby
John,
The Newcomen ancestry is very interesting. If this is correct, this would be
the same for Bryan Newcomen, brother of the John who married Alice
Gascoigne, as he was ancestor to the Barons Newcomen and also the Ussher
family of Donnybrook. I have not looked into this line for ages as Sir
Robert Newcomen's (1st Baron Newcomen) wife Catherine Molyneux was daughter
of Sir Thomas Molyneux, Chancellor of the Exchequer for whom we have been
unable to find placement in the British Molyneux families.

Re: RPA additions - Kelke and Asfordby
Thanks for mentioning the connection to the Barons [and Baronets] Newcomen.
Upon looking again, I found that I copied too quickly and skipped a
generation in the Newcomens....it should be as follows:
John Newcomen; m. Mary Skipwith
John Newcomen of Saltfleetby; m. Alice Gascoigne of Lasingcroft
Bryan Newcomen; m. Margaret Greenfield or Grenfell
Martin Newcomen of Saltfleetby; m. Mary Sandford
Bryan Sandford of Thorpe Salvin; m. Elizabeth Greene of Greene's Norton
The Newcomen baronets and Barons descend from Bryan Newcomen's other son
Charles, and Bryan was the father, not brother, of the John who mar. Alice
Gascoigne.
Apologies for any confusion this may have caused....
There are a number of further generations of Newcomen ancestry in Maddison's
Lincolnshire Pedigrees, but I can't say how reliable it is....
BTW, Catherine Molyneux, who cannot be placed in the main Molyneux family,
was the wife of Sir Robert, 1st Baronet (not 1st Baron).
