Hubert Houben, author of the book "Roger II of Sicily: A Ruler Between
East and West" says that in 1151 Roger married Beatrix, daughter of
"Gunther of Rethel" and on her mother's side granddaughter of Count
Geoffrey of Namur. Am I correct in identifying her parents as Count
Gervase of Rethel (brother of Baldwin II of Jerusalem) and Elizabeth of
Namur?

No, Houben is correct - she was daughter of Itier (aka Gonthier) 'the
Devout', who was castellan of Vitry through his father and count of Rethel
through his mother, by Beatrix of Namur.
