Baldwin I of Flanders: loose ends

Here are a couple of loose ends regarding supposed children of Baldwin
I of Flanders:

1. Philip Grierson, in his article "The Translation of the Relics of
St. Amalberga to St. Peters of Ghent", Revue bénédictine 51 (1939):
292-315, at page 304, note 2, states (of Judith, wife of Baldwin I)
that "three children were born of her marriage."

Besides Baldwin II and Raoul, who did Grierson consider to be the
third child? The supposed wife of Wilfred the Hairy? The supposed
son Charles who died young (only in very late sources, so far as I
know)? Or is it just a typo?

Even more mysterious:

2. François-Louis Ganshof, in "La Flandre sous les premiers comtes"
(Brussels, 1949), page 16, states that "D'une première femme ou d'une
concubine, il [i.e., Baudouin I] avait une fille qui fut religeuse à
Laon."

I do not recall seeing any other trace of such a daughter of Baldwin.
