Family of William Cecil, Sheriff of Herefordshire 1582, d 15

From the article cited earlier, although not giving a family chart, the
various references allow me to construct this family

William Cecil, Esq, Sheriff of Herefordshire in 1582
made a will 1 jan 1597 and died "early in 1598"
P.C.C., Lewin, 14
buried at Church of Walterston
son of John Cecil (will 1551) by his wife Elizabeth (Elsbeth) Winston (named
living in John's will of 1551)

married Olive Parry
evidently the sister of Blanche Parry, lady-in-waiting to Queen Elizabeth
and therefore both daughters of
Henry Parry of Newcourt by his wife Alice Milborne

Children
1) female wife of William Winston, called "eldest sister" of Matthew Cecil;
living in 1599 when her sister-in-law, the widow of Matthew took refuge with her
1.1) Thomas Winston alive in 1599 when reportedly he was "living
incontinently with his aunt the widow of Matthew"
2) Matthew Cecil, of age before 1597; d 1598/9 married Katherine Proger
3) female wife of Rowland Powell; they had six children by 1598 when William
writes his cousin to ask for relief that his son-in-law Rowland Powell not be
taken for military service as he has six small children and a wife
4) Jane Cecil m Paul Delahay; Paul living in 1605 when we last hear of him
and from whose letters to William Cecil Lord Burghley we glean most of the
family details
4.1) Blanche Delahay alive in 1599; named in her grandfather William's will
5) Catherine Cecil m Walter George; both living in 1599 when Catherine was
"great with child"
6) female wife of William Powell, called a "son-in-law" in a letter of May
1597 by William Cecil
7) female wife of Hugh Monington, called a "son-in-law" in a letter of Jan
1597 by William Cecil
8) female wife of John Powell, John is alive in 1599

William Cecil married secondly to Maud Herbert who survived him but refused
to attend his funeral

In addition, William Cecil had a natural son by Jane Morgan, dau of John
Morgan of Michaelchurch Crickhowell who he names specifically, in this exact
context, in his will, and further states that this son, also John, is not yet 21

If anyone should have more details on any of the persons named above, I would
appreciate knowing them.

Thanks
Will Johnson

I presume this "Henry Parry" is to be identified with Henry Myles of
Newcourt, husband of Alice Milborne (one of the 13 Milborne heiresses).
Is it possible that he was Henry ap Miles, and his daughters' Parry
surname was some kind of equivalent to "ap Harry" (except of course
that they should be 'verch' rather than 'ap', being females)?

Blanche Parry's Milborne ancestry is therefore well documented, and
extends to the Dukes of Normandy.

The following article by AL Rowse discusses the origins of the Cecil family:

Alltyrynys and the Cecils
A. L. Rowse
English Historical Review, Vol. 75, No. 294 (Jan., 1960) , pp. 54-76,
available through the JSTOR database.

I descend from a Rowland Powell of Haverford MM in PA, who married
Maud Richards in the 1690s. PROCAT/A2A has a number of references to
persons named Rowland Powell.
In 1679 a Rowland Powell was secretary of the island of Jamaica <
