FitzWilliam and Browne family connections

On 9/16/05 ADRIANCHANNING@aol.com under Subj: Robert Browne 1st Baronett
of Walcott
posted the Will of Robert Browne of Peykirke, Northamptonshire, gent. [later
created 1st Bt of Walcott] (d 1623 or later)

<snipped>
"In this will he mentions Winifred wife of William FitzWilliam (both refered
to as cousins).... I have tried, in vain, to figure out why the FitzWilliams
were called cousins."

Today I've been editing the huge collection of A2A documents on the William
FitzWilliam's in this line (there appear to have been no less than FIVE in a
row). Very confusing to sort them apart from each other.

At any rate, I've found a document, new to me, that has an, again new to me,
possible connection between the FitzWilliam and Browne families, that predates
the will Adrian references above.

I want to also note, my previous extract from the DNB which stated that
William FitzWilliam d 1534 was buried at "Marholm"
