See p. 130 of the _Visitation of Hertfordshire, 1572 and 1634_ for a
pedigree of Bradbury that has been badly misdated:

http://www.uk-genealogy.org.uk/england/ ... index.html

There the wife of Lord Mayor Thomas Bradbury is called "Joane, da. of
Denis Leech of Wellingborough, widow of Thomas Bodley of ... co. Devon,
ob. in March 1623, and was bur. in St. Stephen's, Coleman Street."

Yet, as I pointed out in a thread from several years ago, this lady
died in 1530, not 1623. See http://tinyurl.com/ztb7x .

I suppose Bradbury descendants are already aware of this --

Well spotted. Relevant PCC probate details are:

Thomas Bradbury, 27 February 1510 [he had been Lord Mayor in 1509]
Dame Joan Bradbury, widow, 26 April 1530. Perhaps the "March" bit is
accurate, nevertheless.
