http://www.stirnet.com/html/genie/briti ... hite01.htm

has two WHITE females, both daughters of Thomas White and Anne (aka Agnes)
Cecil, married to two WELBY men.

It does not make clear if the two Welby men are brothers, however one can be
identified as Henry Welby of Goxhill (Gauxhill), Lincolnshire who is buried in
St Giles' church (near Cripplegate)

"Anecdotes of the Aristocracy, and Episodes in Ancestral Story", J Bernard
Burke, 2nd ed. Henry Colburn, London 1849, p 102, states that this Henry did
have a brother named Adlard (aka Adelard) but says nothing further on this
brother.

Does anyone know if Adelard Welby (Welbye) of Casterton is a brother to Henry
Welby of Gauxhill ?

Thanks
Will Johnson
