Chronicles of the Tudor Kings, General Editor David Loades, page 32.
......he (Henry VII) returned to London and shortly after that to Winchester
where in September Queen Elizabeth his wife was delivered of a fair prince,
named Arthur at his baptism. <snip> And from Winchester he returned to
London.

Burke's Guide to the Royal family, page 204, Prince Arthur born at
Winchester Castle 19 September1486.

Dear Newsgroup ~

Those interested in the Tudor time period will enjoy reading the
contemporary account cited below of the 1486 baptism at St. Swithin's
Priory, Westminster of Arthur Tudor, eldest son of King Henry VII and
his wife, Elizabeth of York.

St Swithin's Priory is usually the one in Winchester, Hampshire (I'm not
aware of another)

Best wishes
Ian
