Isn't the John Brugges in the excerpt below ancestral to Bresseys and
Taylors of New England?

_Lists & Indexes_, 48:206 [Bundle 697, no. 39]:

--John Brugges, citizen and draper of London, son and executor of John
Brugges, knight.
--The mayor and sheriffs of London; Christopher Holybrande, and James
Roberts of London, merchant.
--Actions by the said Christopher and James in respect of debt due from
the said Sir John Brugges, whose factor in the Levant complainant was,
and there owed money after account had to Richard Holybrande, brother
of the said Christopher, and in respect of an attachment of his said
father's estate and the debt in question, for money due to the said
Roberts. _Certiorari and subpoena_.
