Who is related to who? And Why?

I wonder what Richardson is trying to do with his continental who is related to who.

Especially Friedrich Barbarossa and Richza of Poland. Is this just one he stumbled across?
I suppose that is the case as he did not give his usual list of Gateway Ancestor who are descendants of either party.

Richza of Poland may seem obsure, but is Richardson aware that she is an ancestor of
the following (and more) Gateway Ancestors

to Brazil
Maria Pimentel Drummond

to Canada
Charles Amador de St.Etienne de Latour

to the USA
Capt John West - Hon. George Percy - Sir Ralph Lane - Ferdinando Gorges - Herbert Pelham - Edward Digges - Katherine St. Leger - Rev. John Oxenbridge - Sir Francis Wyatt - Rev. Hawte Wyatt - Capt George Popham - Mary Fulford - Mary Blourchier - Dr. Richard Palgrave - James Claypoole - Elizabeth Throckmorton - Sir William Berkeley - Col Thomas Ligon - Col. Warham Horsmanden - St.Leger Codd - John Fisher - Richard Tilghman - Edward Wyett - Henry Fleete - Rev. Edward Foliot - Henry Norwood - Percival Lowell - Roger Ludlow - William Browne - Anne Baynton - Anne Humphrey - Anne Boteler - Thomas Gordon and more.......

La Tour, not Latour...

What do you mean by "related to" ? I have the ancestry of this
one and one of his wife on my site and over 40 medieval gateways
in my site, all from Quebec or Acadia (I have some in Illinois
area but they were in Quebec previously).
