I have not previously seen an allegation that the FitzHugh lords
of Ravensworth were of the male (though illegitimate) line of
the Dukes/Counts of Brittany, but that conclusion follows from
the material posted by Mr. Powys-Lybbe on January 30. It
seems undisputed that the FitzHughs descended from Acarias,
son of Bardolf brother of Bodin who held Ravensworth et al.
at Domesday Book. CP 5:417.

Its all in, sketchily, Keats-Rohan's Domesday Descendants:

p. 871, that Acarius filius Bardulf was the ancestor of the FitzHughs of
Ravensworth.

p. 988, that Bardulf frater Comitis Alani was the son of Count Eudo
of Brittany and the father of Acarias and Scolland.
