of Bourne, Lincs., esq. Andrew Burton of Grays Inn, Middlesex, esq. Whereas
Thomas Earl of Exeter by indenture of 3 Sept. 1608 leased to Mary Dyneley of
Boston, Lincs, widow, the manor of Armetree als. Heremitorum (details given) and
by indenture 30 Nov. 1613 leased to (i) the manor of Armetree in Lincs., occ.
Mary Dyneley, widow, for 21 years at the yearly rent of £65 - 15s. - 4d.
Whereas Thomas Earl of Exeter, his heir William Lord Burghley, and his heir
William Lord Roos, by indenture of 30 Oct. 1615 leased to Josua Manwood, servant to
the Earl, the Queen's and the Lord's Frith and the Great Robarrow all in
Revelsby, Lincs., occ. William Martindale sen. for 21 years at the yearly rent of
£66 - 6s. - 8d; and Josua Manwood by his indenture of 23 Nov. 1619 leased to
William Graves of Kinton in Holland, Lincs. gent. the same lands; and William
Graves by indenture dated 24 Nov. 1619 and (i) leased the same lands. - now in
consideration of marriage of (i) and Abigail late wife of Henry Tresham of
Newton, Northants. esq., and for benefit of younger children of the marriage,
grants to (ii) the above indentures in trust, (i) to receive rents and after his
death Abigail to receive these rents.
