Except for the tantrums and sneers that is. Have you established as yet
what my surname is?

As well the avoidance of going into details shows you are not coping very
well.

Do the sons of Kings, Dukes and Earls who are knighted belong to your
"knightly class"?
Do monks come from a "monkly class"?

I still believe that knights came from different classes and that there was
not one identifiable _knightly class_

Yes, Pas, there was a knightly class in medieval England.

If you don't believe it, then I suggest you take the scissors to your
copy of Burke and cut out large hunks of it.
