Royal Ancestors for Americans?

"Geschichte des Geschlechtes von der Schulenburg von 1237 bis 1983" by Dietrich Werner Graf von der Schuilenburg and Hans Watjen, published in 1984 by Niedersachsen-Druck, Verlag Gunter Hempel Wolfsburg.

The above book is mentioned to me as the source for the following line.

George I, King of Great Britain, had by Ehrengard Melusine von der Schulenburg three daughters, of these :
Melusina, Countess of Walsingham, born 1 February 1693, died 16 September 1778.
On 14 May 1733 she married Philip Dormer Stanhope, 4th Earl of Chesterfield, however, this marriage remained childless.

Now it appears Melusina did have a child, fathered by Charles Calvert, 5th Lord Baltimore, Governor of Maryland.

In 1724 was born Benedict 'Swingate' Calvert died in 1788. He married Elizabeth Calvert and they had (at least) one daughter :

Eleanor Calvert, born 1757 Mount Airy, Maryland, died 28 September 1811. She married (1st) 3 February 1774 John Parke Custis, son of Col. Daniel Parke Custis and Martha Dandridge (wife of George Washington). In 1783 she married Dr. David Stuart. She had at least three children by her first husband.

I would like to hear what people think of this.
Many thanks.

What is the proof for this? Sounds like fakery to me ...
