who is correct Isabel Beauchamp, wife of William Blount?

I have hard time fit this one.

you can see it's way back to Jan 1999 and I don't see any reply as to
correct Isabel Beauchamp.

Problem:
If Isabel born in 1236 or thereabouts, wife of William Blount, then
please explain the 30 years gap?

Robert, abt 1271, died child
John, abt 1273
Anne, abt 1274
Amy, abt 1276
Margaret, abt 1278
Maud, abt 1282
Guy, 1272, who inherited his father's estates

All of them are listed as children of William de Beauchamp, Earl of
Warwick (1210-1298) and Maud Fitzgeoffrey (1250-1301 - yup that is what
this original post said)

Is this Isabel Beauchamp, wife of Walter Blount supposed to be daughter
of William Beauchamp and Isabel Mauduit (parents of William, 1210-1298,
per post but other sources says he was born closer to 1238 because
sources says he was age 26/30 in 1268, making it 1238-1242)

And one source say William and Isabel (Mauduit) has a daughter Isabel,
no further is known about whether she lived long or not, even whether
she had husband.

Can anyone dig up and verify the sources as to his age and year?
