On Leo's great website here
http://www.genealogics.org/pedigree.php ... 6&tree=LEO

we see the ancestral chart for Katherine Dilke
daughter of Thomas Dilke of Maxstoke Castle
and his wife Howard Devereux

Leo does not show any ancestors for Thomas Dilke but the fleshing out of
these I think should lead to some interesting new details.

On 14 Dec 1612, Thomas Dilke (Sr) of Maxstoke Castle made an entail on the
marriage of "his son Thomas to Howard Devereux, dau of Edward Devereux by
Katherine Arden dau of Edward Arden" (Visitation of Warwickshire, 1619, online at
http://www.ancestry.com, British subscriptions)

Thomas Dilke of Maxstoke Castle was married with Anne Fisher, dau of Sir
Clement Fisher of Packington (Visitation of Warwickshire, 1619, online at
http://www.ancestry.com, British subscriptions)

Here now is a primary document which supports the Visitation information on
this union of Anne with Thomas Dilke.
