Here's an odd couple of entries (from p. 76) --

1643.
April 13 Sarah Clegat marr. by a Captain of New Engl. at home
April 13 Judith Pitts marr. also in the like maner

Wonder who the lucky grooms were ...

Thanks for the attempt John; it seems the copyright issue prevents
access across the Pond regardless of the URL used. I am off to Sydney
shortly for several weeks, so perhaps I shall have more luck there
(assuming I can get the ancient and truculent computer there to work).
Until then, I shall just have to enjoy your finds vicariously.

In the same parish, Sarah daughter of Nicholas & Mary Clegatt
was bp. on 13 March 1621.
If her parents or some other relatives left a will,
it might say who her husband was.
