I do not take what you said as a criticism. My point is that I do not feel
knowledgeable to argue with certain people, so therefore, I keep quiet. I
do support your feelings and wish you would stay.

Leo and I have been corresponding about this issue and my last email to him
I tried cc you in, but it came back. I asked Leo to forward it to you -
hopefully he will. I find I am unable to send an email directly to you.

I do not keep quiet because I disagree with you; just because my knowledge
base is on a lower/different level than yours. Now if you want to discuss
the nature of hair brushes and ponytailers etc. that I can do. :)

I don't have enough hair left to hold up an end in that discussion, Ed.

The e-mail address displayed on SGM, that so fascinates Brandon &
Richardson, is not in use. I will send you my real one off-list.

Will someone who has met me kindly tell Brandon that this person whose
image he has latched onto & become fixated on is NOT ME?

To John Brandon,

Peter has, as you will notice below, asked someone who has met him to
verify the fact that Peter Stewart IS NOT the object of your interest
from Latrobe University.

Might I suggest you contact the person concerned and I'm sure he will
attest to the fact.

Looking forward to a decided improvement in your research,

Tony Ingham

You people would not recognize a joke if you were the butt of it ...

No, but most of us would recognise harassment.

I wonder how the gentleman at Latrobe would feel to be the ongoing butt
of some stranger's "joke"?

Granted that Brandon is the newsgroup's leading exponent of silliness, but
he is quite evidently not the leading expert in recognising this in others.

No-one here has been fool enough to go looking for images of people name
John Brandon, and I hope no-one would be cheap enough to post links to any
they found.

To do this & then repeat the exercise when it was a damp quib the first time
is pathetic.

People here recognise jokes well enough - the main criterion is funniness, a
quality that ALWAYS escapes the bitter & twisted Brandon.

You might wish to stop answering to that when it is called, or some of
us may become obliged to start believing it is true of you.

I hope you will never be 'obliged' to believe something merely because
of some junk you have read on the Internet ...
