At Leo's great site here

we see Ralph de Vernon, no wife, and father of Agatha who mar Hugh Venables
of Kinderton., son of William and NN

Living Descendents of Blood Royal, Vol 2, "Cocke", pg 224-230, Count
d'Angerville; World Nobility, London. 1962
says this about that:

9 - Margaret Dutton m Sir William Venable, Knt, son of Roger de Venable of
Kinderton and his wife, Alice Pennington
10 - Hugh Venable of Kinderton; m Agatha Vernon, dau of Ralph, Lord Vernon
and his wife Mary Darcy, dau of Ralph Lord Darcy

For the wife of Ralph, lord Vernon, q.v. Ormerod's History of Cheshire [1882 ed.] 3:252, where she is called "Mary, da. of ___, lord of Dacre, of the North."

Neither the above claim, nor the one in the text below, seems a satisfactory fit when the peerage accounts are searched for the appropriate Dacre and/or Darcy families.
