Sir William Ussher as ancestor of Prince Charles is recorded in Paget's book as J931 and having died in April 1672.

Apparently in Burke's Irish Families (1976) and a manuscript called the Ussher Memoirs, he died 23 April 1671 and was buried in April 1671 in Dublin.

Can anyone confirm what the proper date is?
With many thanks.

FWIW, I can confirm that "The Ussher Memoirs" does say that Sir William
Ussher the younger d. 23 April 1671 and was buried the same day. This is in
a photocopy of the FHL microfilm copy of a handwritten manuscript from 1889;
I do not know if it was ever actually printed. It gives no sources, but on
the other hand neither does Paget. I think I'll go with the 1671 date....

Many thanks for this. Buried the same day? Why the hurry? Interesting though
in comparison with others.
