This Thomas Burgh died before 28 February 1550 and was a son of Thomas,
3rd
Lord Bugh and (1st wife) Anne Tyrwhitt. An older brother of this Thomas,
Edward, was one of the husbands of Queen Catherine Parr.
Hope this is of interest?

Here are problems.
CP Volume II pages 423-424
Thomas Burgh, 3rd Lord Burgh, died 28 February 1549/1550 and had married (1)
Agnes Tyrwhitt (2) Alice London
by first wife father of (3rd and youngest surviving son)
William Burgh, 4th Lord Burgh, married Lady Katherine Clinton
A footnote tells that the elder brothers of William were Sir Edward Burgh
d.v.p. having married Catherine Parr, and Thomas whose children, he then
being deceased, were, though born in wedlock, bastardised by Act of
Parliament (1542-1543) 34 Henry VIII.
Burke's Extinct Peerage 1866 page 90 gives a different version.
Thomas Burgh, 3rd Lord Burgh dying _1552_ married Agnes Tyrwhitt (no mention
of a second wife)
father of
Thomas Burgh, 4th Lord Burgh (footnote Sir Harry Nicholas omits this Thomas
de Burgh as if he considers him identical with Thomas 3rd Baron) who married
1stly Elizabeth daughter of Sir David Owen but the lady proving faithless,
and having children by another person, his lordship obtained an act of
parliament to bastardise those children. By Alice, his second wife, he had
issue
Henry d.v.p.
William, successor to the title
Dorothy married Sir Anthony Nevill
I think CP is the correct version but would anyone be able to check this Act
of Parliament bastardising those _children_ would that give their names, and
perhaps even the name(s) of father(s)?
The ancestry of Elizabeth Owen, certainly through her mother Anne Devereux,
is pretty impressive.
Edward III -> Edmund of Langley -> Richard Earl of Cambridge -> Isabel of
York ->Sir William Bourchier -> Cecily Bourchier -> Anne Devereux ->
Elizabeth Owen
Her father, if he is the son of Sir Owen Tudor (husband of Catherine de
Valois), is a descendant of Llywellyn the Great.
Hope someone can help.
Best wishes
