This kind of slips is so easy to make and the cruel part is that once it is
in print there is nothing you can do about it. _If_ Richardson had had that
page with corrections he promised over a year ago it should have been there
and I would not have brought it up.
Fine tuning by others is a great help and I do hope that enough additions
and corrections will warrant a republication of his book in the not too
distant future.

Hi Leo,
I pointed this out to Douglas Richardson on 15 Aug 04
Yes he has made a typo ( 1 of many) Sir Ralph Pudsey didn't die as a
Tempest.

Dear Brendan Wilson,
Thanks for the lines you sent. I started to compare them with the
information I have. I found that in one line I had a gap in the middle.
Richardson's Plantagenet Ancestry has this line and so I started to look.
On page 597
11.Margaret Eure
12.Ralph Pudsey, knight. He married three times and dies according to this
page as Sir Ralph Tempest. As his first wife was a Tempest, I think this
was a slip.
Does anyone know Richardson's website? Does it have by now a page with
corrections and additions? If I had found it and this corrections had been
there, I would not have sent this message.
Best wishes
