Welsh Genealogies

Lloyd's _Sheriffs of Montgomeryshire_ (1876) gives the following:

1. Madoc ap Gwenwys [aka Madog ap Cadwgon Wenwys], Lord of Guilsfield and Broniarth
+ Arddyn, d/o Rhys ap Gryffydd ap Aron ap Bledri

2. Ieuan ap Madoc, Lord of Guilsfield and Broniarth
+ Gwenhwyfar, d/o Gryffydd ap Alo

3. Meredydd ap Ieuan (lost his lands due to his participation in the rebellion of Owain Glen Dwry)
+ UNK

4. Jane verch Meredydd
+ Hamlet Wynnesbury, s/o John Wynnesbury, Sheriff of Shropshire 1429

Does anyone have access to "Welsh Genealogies" by Bartrum - or any other germane source - in order to confirm or refute the above line?

Peter C. Bartrum, "Welsh Genealogies AD 300 - 1400", 1974, volume 3, page
80, page caption "Gwenwys 2", shows:

Ieuan ap Madog of Cegidfe, first wife Gwenhwyfar f. Griffri, which are your
paragraph 2 below.

However there is no "Meredydd" (or any variant) among the 19 children shown
for Ieuan.
