Anyone interested in the origins of the Drakes of Devon will find an article
in this quarters UK _Genealogists' Magazine_ (Vol 28 No 5 March 2005), mostly
on 12th and 13th century Drakes, which would probably be of interest.

Yes, it is rather interesting. This quarter's magazine is probably the most
interesting in the last two years. Maybe they're taking heed of the masses of
mail they've received in the last 6 months!
