Rev. Timothy Dalton's deeds in the Ipswich Record Office

There was an article on the ancestry of Rev. Timothy Dalton, the early
New England immigrant, in a recent issue of the _NEHGR_ (? sometime in
2000). As I remember, the authors, George and Melinde Sanborn, did
not cite from the following deeds at the Ipswich and East Suffolk
Record Office, County Hall, Ipswich:

BERNERS FAMILY ARCHIVES. Deeds. 1622-37 (S I/10/II.I,2)
Title deeds, 1622-37, of the estates of Timothy Dalton, rector of
Woolverstone, Suffolk, 1616-36, and of New England.

(B.R. Crick and Miriam Alman, eds., _A Guide to Manuscripts Relating
to America in Great Britain and Ireland_ [Oxford University Press,
1961], p. 421).

I wonder if these deeds would add anything to the Sanborns' account of
Rev. Dalton?

John, thanks for mentioning this book, which sounds promising. Listers
may want to note that there is a c1979 revision.
