This will only affect the mailing list subscribers of course, newsgroups
people are OK.
I have heard of this a few times for various mailing lists for AOL
subscribers. It coul be that some AOL member wants out of a list, has
forgotten how to unsubscribe and thinks it a good wheeze to complain
that they are getting SPAM from Rootsweb. So AOL block the whole of
Rootsweb.
Blame the Reds under the bed?
(Note the smiley for those who need to be warned of feeble attempts at
humour.)
