I'm trying news about Sancti Andree de Algethon. [..]
and St Bartholomew at Gransden, because I'm examining a testament. and a
legacy for this church, in the year 1277 (or 78). This is
the notice in manuscript Par. Lat. 8626, Biblioteque National de Paris.

The will is written in Paris, by Johannes de Ebulo- Giovanni d'Evoli- born
in Capua, 30 miles North far to Naples, Italy.
Johannes is a blackfriar, a vatican chaplain, nephew of cardinal Thomas de
Ebulo (Thomas of Santa Sabina).
J. De Ebulo writes:

"... ecclesie Sancti Bartholomei de Grandesden [...], Lingolniensis [of
Lincoln] diocesis, [...] una camera lapidea pro persona. Item ecclesie
Sancti Andree de Algethon. [..] Dunelmemsis [of Durham] diocesis ... ".

What notices about the church of S. Bartholomew in XIII cent., and what
about S. Andrew of Algeth...?

I wold like to have a Yr. reply if possible, or to know who ever could help
me.
Thanks in advance for You kind cooperation.
Best wishes
