Clues found in _List of Proceedings in the Court of Requests

I've noticed the following clues from lawsuits calendared in volume 21
of _Lists and Indexes_ (_List of Proceedings in the Court of
Requests_). There are more to be found, no doubt, as I only checked
the later years of Philip and Mary and a little more than half of the
reign of Elizabeth. In an attempt not to go blind and mad
simultaneously, I've only noted page numbers, not bundle and item
numbers. Most of the refs. are fairly obvious; two of them, however,
are somewhat obscure, but relate to _NEHGR_, 50:413:

[Will of] JOHN COWLFAX of Willingham Suffolk 20 May 1569, proved 6
October 1569. Wife Margaret late wife of Martin Frens of Dickleborowe.
Daughter in law Prudens Frens. Reignold and Alice Gybbon. My five
children. Brother Arthur Cheute gent. and Robert Payn to be executors.
Lyonell Chewte a witness. Cons. Court Norwich, Ponder, 232.
