VCH ER VolVII gives William of Sunderlandwick as son and heir of
Lady Agnes de Kelk. Poulson in his History of Holderness stops short
of this and merely states that William is Agnes' heir. Does anyone know
who William or Agnes were and how, if at all, they tie in with the Kelk
family of Great Kelk. William of Sunderlandwick is shown as giving his
manor of Thorpe to his son John in 1284, which he inherited from Lady
Agnes de Kelk
