Norwegian words

In Hvaler, Østfold, Norway-1753 marriage records;
1. At the top of each entry there is a date which in each case precedes the
names etc. followed by the marriage date. All dates on page are
ecclesiastical dates and all are Sundays (Dom.) except for Jonas
Christophersen. The date at the top of his entry is 15 August (Wednesday in
1753) preceded by a 5 letter word that begins with the letter D and then
perhaps an r. The last letter looks like d preceded by an i. I have tried
many possible combinations using a Norwegian-English dictionary. Does any
one have any suggestions as to the word and translation and what this date
represents (banns, proclamation, engagement etc.)?
2. Preceding the name of each bridegroom on the page is a word that begins
with what I believe is an E. These E's are different than any other capital
E's on the page. This E has a loop which extends from the middle of the E up
past the upper right corner of the E and back. Other capital E's on the page
are conventional as in Eli and Elen.If this is an E why is it different? The
next letter might be v followed by onlovich. I am guessing on this! I have
tried many possible combinations but nothing fits.
Any help also on this word will be appreciated.

If you have digital images of these words, email them to me and I'll
be happy to post them to a webpage for you, if you'd like.
