MS Access - merging people as "Events"

Hi All,

I need assistance or advice for an MS Access project that uses
gedcoms but it is not a genealogy program. It's just a master list of
Individuals and Events.

So far, I've used the program GED2CSV to create an Access data base
from a gedcom file and I've made a form for Individuals with a
subdatasheet below it for Events (tblFacts, for birth death, baptism
etc).

Now that I've got this far I am manipulating the data and preparing it
for export to a sophisticated Access program, but I'd like to
extract a lot more data from the other files but I've
forgotten a lot of the (small) bits I learned about Access.

The extra thing that I'd like to do is import husbands and wives
Names into the Events table plus their Birth date and Birth place,
so that in effect they become "events".

I'd then like to do the same thing with Parents and siblings.

Ideally, I'd like to do the same thing with ancestors and descendants (get
names, birth dates and places into the Events table) but that is not so
important right now.

The idea is to use this intermediate program (along with GED2CSV) to
import a series of gedcoms - each as stand alone project that will
never require additional data to be merged with it.

I'd be quite happy to pay anyone (in Australia) who can solve this problem
quickly by providing code.

Ray
