Sources from the Dutch national archives are made available via the Genlias
website (http://www.genlias.nl/). Genlias Monitor
(http://genliasmonitor.coret.org/) is a free genealogical service which
monitors this site for specific personal searches, because volonteers are
still adding sources to this valuable resource. Genlias Monitor is available
in Dutch and English. The results sent to you by Genlias Monitor are
available in three other formats: spreadsheet (XLS), PDF (Adobe Reader) and
since this week also GEDCOM!

GEDCOM is the genealogisch standard for data exchange. Every good
genealogical program has the ability to import and export data in GEDCOM
format. The sources from the Dutch national archives which are found by the
Genlias Monitor can no be easily imported into you genealogical program. No
more manual input (with the chance of errors)!

Beware: multiple records may concern the same person, so you might have to
merge individuas. Also, it's good practice to check all of the data!

You can discuss this functionality in the Genlias Monitor Forum
(http://genliasmonitor.coret.org/forum/i ... ic&forum=1) and
of course in this newsgroup.
