Looking for ? Cameron lived Sutton Ontaio Canada
Looking for information on my maternal grandfather. I don't know his
first name. From what I understand, he had 2 daughters. He may have
had more children. The daughters names were Marion Casey and Vienna. I
believe he...they, I don't know his wife's name, lived in the Sutton,
Ontario, Canada area.

Give us a timeline - when did he live, approximately.
Just to give you an example of WHY that matters, my husband is 52
years old, and one of his GRANDPARENTS was born in 1866. So, give us a
clue of the years you are interested in.

Also, give us an approximate date for the births of the daughters -
even within a decade.
Like Larry, I went looking for Viennas and although it is a very rare
first name, I couldn't see anything that looked plausible. If you have
your parent's actual marriage registration, you can get the full names
of both sets of their parents.

I agree that Vienna Cameron is too unique, and since I'm only finding one
and she's right near Sutton (if I'm reading these locations right), I'm
gonna assume it's her. At least assume enough to send you what I've found
and see if you can make the connection.
The info is spotty, but between some scattered vitals and census info, it
seems there is a Vienna Cameron, born Dec. 22, 1890, with a sister Gertrude
May and a brother John Angus (I'm not finding any Marion Casey). Their
parents are Robena Vienna Brown and John Cameron. They seem to be living
with John's brother, Kenneth, in 1911. John and Kenneth's parents seem to be
John and Jane Cameron, here in 1881:

Re: Looking for ? Cameron lived Sutton Ontaio Canada
So, your mother was born in 1926, which means sister Vienna was born
around 1936 or so, and died about 1960, which means BOTH were born too
late for Ontario internet access records - at this point, your best
bet is to get a copy of your mother's marriage or birth registrations
(for which you have to pay for from the provincial government) and
that will provide you with the names of both her parents.
For next time, the timeline is crucial - when you ask questions give
all the details you know. Myself and other responders were looking for
information for you and supplied what we could find that turned out to
be totally off base (such as info from 1901 or 1911 census data)
because we did not know the timelines involved. The Vienna from the
earlier census may be an ancestor but she certainly isn't your
mother's younger sister.

Re: Looking for ? Cameron lived Sutton Ontaio Canada
Found a death listing for a Vienna Cameron who lived in North
Gwillimbury, which is right near Sutton, she died May 2 1912
at age 69, no indication where born, she lived at Lot 11 Con 8,
marital status has a dash where a status should be, mother is listed
as Hannah Bowers, father Adam Brown, death reported by a George
Cameron living in Baldwin, died of heart disease and brochitis. So,
her maiden name was Brown. in the 1911 census she is living with a son
called Bertie.
Found birth listings for some of her children - born to John Cameron
and Vienna Brown, John is a farmer, township of Georgina.
Hannah Louisa Cameron 8 March 1870
Mary Louisa 8 March 1870 (yes, twins - births not registered until
November 1873 and there is a little note that says "negligence on the
part of the parents are the only reason this and the following birth
(Hanna) not being registered before this date"
John Cameron born 7 Nov 1873
Vienna Rebenia Cameron born 7 Nov 1873 (yes, second set of twins). By
the way, this Rabina shows in the 1901 census living with her brother
and her brother's brood - brother is a Kenneth Cameron who is 40 born
13 Nov 1860, so there is another child for the family.
John Angus Cameron born 13 December 1875 (older John probably died
and the name recycled).
Emma Louisa Cameron born 5 Jan 1879
John Angus, going by Angus John married May L. Willoughby (born 1884)
1 Feb 1905
Hannah Louise married a much older man when she was 29 - he was 59.
Stephen Hart, 22 Dec 1909.
Robena married William Ross Sedore 19 Nov 1913
Kenneth was married to Tillia Benneth (age 17) on 22 Oct 1887
One more probable child - appears to be a George Napoleon Cameron from
North Gwillimbury who married a Minnie S. Pollock on 16 September
1908. His age is given as 33. Parents are listed as John Cameron and
Lavinia Brown. I note that there are some very creative misspellings
of Vienna in the registry entries, and I suspect this is not Lavinia
but your Vienna.
