Ancestry.com, the library edition

During my recent studies I've noticed some libraries that are subscribed to a
"library edition" of ancestry.com. Is there any difference between this and
what one can subscribe to?

you may not make postems, alternative names and probably trees

I have not tested it recently to see if it includes the foreign language
stuff like these which are in the world de luxe membership

has some "census" possibly conscription rolls for some states?

has in beta the church books of 81 parishes in Varmland from 1681 to 1895

leans towards Canadian french

but has a history of Belgium too
